Stunning Strip Views on 34th Floor

Not the palms casino... for reason Positive: Not busy or loud Negative: Dirty room took me 4 hours to get into my room while they clean - i couldnt even check in two hours early because they were cleaning it ! Yeah right! These are technically air bnbs or condos seperate from the actual palms casino. Can't get any food delivery from the food court. Bed was chewed up even though no pets allowed. Trying to get help was hell. The owner or who I was messaging on bookings.com just kept copy pasting the same message and I asked to talk to them . Buyer beware!! Cleaning fee for dirty rooms no compensation no early check and no late check out . Apathetic attitude from the hotel staff upon them finding out you are in the condos. Had a family ahead of line for me in check in (I was waiting for over 20 minutes only one receptionist) was having difficulties with Airbnb and checking in at the palms. . . Overall a cleaner room and more up to date furniture would be nice. It looks like a very irresponsible person went through mine prior. Speakers detached randomly wires coming out of electronics and dust dust dust galore. Fridge was dirty . I could really go on! Overall staff at the hotel were unsure how to deal with unhappy condos clients and could provide little help. Condo owner straight up ignores your messages and lets the hotel deal with you. I was happy to leave and get the whole room refunded but they didn't let me and stole money from me by charging me the whole room rate and not discounting. Reach out to clients communicate and this subpar experience would have been forgettable. Ignore your clients? People remember

Positive: Pool and lobby area was nice Negative: Pool and lobby were good, the refrigerators didn’t work, 2 lamps were broken one tv didn’t work, cleanliness was very poor, we cleaned a clump of hair from the shower drain the first night we were there. We told them about the refrigerator, they said they’d send someone up that day…. Never saw anyone Were short towels and blankets

Great slightly dated off the strip condo, excellent value! Positive: View from balcony was amazing,hot tub was nice to relax,short cab ride to any strip spot you wish,staff always super cool,free super quick valet Negative: Slightly dated condo…3 fridges and only 1 barley worked,NO maid service,u need more toilet paper that’s 2.80 a roll,walmart 8 pack necessary…2 TV’s and neither worked,not a huge deal jus thought id mention
