Positive: Vi bokade och betalade för flera månader sedan . Jag blev sjuk när det var dags för resan. Jag meddelade dem att endast maken skulle checka in. Inga problem sa de. När han efter en lång jobbig resa kom fram och skulle checka in sa de att hans bankkort inte fungerade för depositionen. Han hade precis innan handlat bl vatten på kortet och då funkade det. De sa att kortet inte funkade. Han sa att han kunde ta ut pengar istället. De vägrade. Så dw slängde allrså ur honom mitt i natten trots att vi hade betalt rummet i förskott. Skandalöst. Vi får inga ordwntluga svar från dem heller Negative: Vi vill ha tillbaks alla pengar vi betalade för ngt vi inte fick. De var säjert så hemska att de hyrde ut rummet efter de slängde ut maken och fixade betalt för det en gång till. Skandalöst. Booking.com borde tvinga dem att återbetala våra pengar. Vi har alltid varit nöjda med det vi har bokat via Booking.com. Men det här hotellet är ju lurendrejare

Positive: loved the balcony

Positive: Spacious suite and high floor number resulted in spectacular view of city lights. Security and door keepers had a sophisticated style of presence which I felt like a vip. Floor to ceiling windows onto balcony were elegant. Lux marble bathroom/spa tub and rainforest shower A+. Floor 36 luxury suite king was a cloud 9! Elegant cars parked at door was a perfect side showroom of the best cars around! Fun to see.this unit had no resort fees! Negative: Bathroom drain slow. No smoking policy on open air high balcony was required. But confusing with the ashtray out on balcony. I do enjoy a cigar on a balcony with the views and I didn’t feel comfortable smoking cleanly and tidied with that rule in place
